The UK and the US have agreed to amend an "anomaly" that allowed Harry
Dunn death suspect Anne Sacoolas to claim diplomatic immunity.

He said he appreciated the changes "won't bring Harry back" but hoped
they may "bring some small measure of comfort" to his family.

Mr Dunn's mother said the change, which is not thought to be
retrospective, was a "huge step in the right direction".

The new Biden administration has said the US government's decision to
refuse an extradition request for Harry Dunn's alleged killer was
"final".

Mr Dunn, 19, died when his motorbike was in a crash with a car near RAF
Croughton, Northamptonshire, in 2019.

The suspect, Anne Sacoolas, later left for the United States on
diplomatic immunity grounds.
