You shoud start with avoiding asking people in other parts of the globe
about problems related to India - Here you can get help mostly related to
Poland, Europe and moreover - in Polish.
And remeber about giving more details in your question - operator and
the area you are in. And shouldn't you start with talking with the
customer support of your operator?
