Z RFC 1035:

Wg tej definicji, żaden człon nazwy domeny nie może się zaczynać od cyfry.
Oczywiście, to RFC jest przestarzałe. Zob. RFC 1123, pkt. 2.1:

The syntax of a legal Internet host name was specified in RFC-952
[DNS:4]. One aspect of host name syntax is hereby changed: the
restriction on the first character is relaxed to allow either a
letter or a digit. Host software MUST support this more liberal
syntax.

Ponadto, RFC 2181 podaje, że długość elementu nie może przekroczyć 63 znaków,
a całej nazwy - 255 znaków.

Tak więc, nazwa cytowana wyżej jest OK.
