Nasze prawo powinno byc dostosowane do dyrektyw EU, a przy ustawach
czesto pisze ktora dyrektywe realizuja.

I nigdzie nie widze ze "celem niniejszej dyrektywy jest zapewnienie
jakosci produktu pozwalajacej na minimum dwa lata eksploatacji"

IMO - jesli Apple pisze na pudelku "1 rok" gwarancji, lub w inny
sposob informuje chetnych o tym fakcie, to jak najbardziej moze taka
gwarancje stosowac ... i sprzedawca po roku moze sie na klienta
wypiac.

I nadal nic nie wiadomo, moze poza:

bezawaryjnie co najmniej 2 lata, a skoro u Ciebie przestal po 13
miesiacach, to z winy lezacej po stronie producenta.

Bo ze telefon kiedys sie zepsuje, to chyba wszyscy sie zgodza.
(ha ha - siemens me45 ciagle w uzyciu, a to chyba juz ze 12 lat, a
jesli umrze, to z braku bateryjek na rynku :-(
